DESIGN PURCHASE LIMITS / PROHIBITIONS / TERMS & CONDITIONS

YOU MAY:

✅ Use the PNG files on completed items such as headbands, tumblers, T-shirts, hats, etc.

✅ Change the color of a single-color PNG file to another single color.

✅ Resize files to fit your finished product.

✅ Pair B & Z Graphics files together to make tumbler wrap files for finished items only.

✅ Add a name to a tumbler wrap file for finished products only.

YOU MAY NOT:

🚫 Add a pattern overlay to any PNG files.

🚫 Take seamless files created and sold by B & Z Graphics and incorporate them into another digital design to sell.

🚫 Resell B & Z Graphics files in part or whole.

🚫 Post mock-ups or items without a proper watermark to protect the art of B & Z Graphics.

• A proper watermark includes a DO NOT COPY covering at least 50% of the digital design at a minimum of 15% opacity.

🚫 Share PNG files with ANYONE OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS.

🚫 Post files in dump groups, including but not limited to asking for our files within dump groups.

🚫 Post our photos or files on any social media platform, private messages, email, marketing materials, etc., without a watermark as identified above.

🚫 Share drive purchases with any other business owner.

🚫 You CANNOT use the clipart to copy our finished designs; you MUST create something completely different and original with the clipart you purchase.

🚫 Use of our seamless patterns or designs to create alphas or OTF fonts is strictly prohibited

By purchasing from B & Z Graphics, you agree to these terms. Violation of these policies may result in legal action or a permanent ban from purchasing.
